Project description: Involved in the following automation testing products:1. Gondola Studio: is an integrated test automation framework for your modern applications running on Android & iOS, mobile browsers.2. TestArchitect Enterprise: It's an Enterprise testing platform that was created with the business testers in mind. From the beginning to it's current state, the product has evolved into a comprehensive tool it is today. Various other tools focus on test automation as a programming task, paying less attention to the role that testers play in building up effective, efficient and maintainable automated tests.Responsibility:1. In charge of functional design of following features of product- Design Create Method workflow- App Center- Installation Wizard- Design Action Module creation2. Getting the team closely with the requirement- Communicate with PO and stakeholders to elicit requirement- Transfer the requirement to the team by creating and presenting design document- Support team define negative cases and warning/error messages- Propose the solution with highly detail and UX included3. In charge of functional design of all the features of product such as:- Integration with third party tools: Zephyr, Azure DevOps,...- License Transition: Key-based to account based.- Web Recorder for recording user interaction on browser.- Page Object Model Builder for exporting locator directly from browser to the product.- Offline License Activation- Admin Services4. Product analytics:- Tracking user's interaction on Google Analytics- Export event to Google Sheet and analyst with VPA- Provide valuable information after analyzed such as: Average used time, time to value.5. Manage Online Help- Responsible for online help content- Using mark down to CRUD the content
