In addition to Digital Operations duties, technical operations include:• Technical advisory role for 1st and 3rd party account managers, marketing representatives, and developers.• Provide Content Management Systems (CMS) support for internal & external groups for a variety of platforms including PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, PS Vita, & PSP.• Review In-Game Storefront/In App Purchase implementation and regression for pre and final submissions and enforce TRC standards, finance & tracking compatibility, and regional requirements.• Supervisor role working closely with management team leading & coaching contract workers.

• Build and maintain new and existing online storefronts for PlayStation 3, PS Vita, Mobile, Tablet, and Web.• Enforce process rules and deadlines for game content ensuring a smooth publishing process.• Operate a web-based content management system to accurately input, publish, and maintain content for distribution on the PlayStation storefronts.• Participate in usability testing for back end tool development,• Coordinate with various internal & external groups such as QA, Product Marketing, Publisher & Public relations, and Developer Support to meet deadlines efficiently.

• Researched the functionality and usability of PlayStation product hardware and firmware throughout various development phases.• Tested the functionality of various game and video software libraries against pre-release firmware and hardware.• Correlated the various applications, multimedia files, and various PlayStation product operating systems.• Utilized established defect report formats, tracking systems, intermediate networking principles, and online console gaming/functionality elements.
