Responsible for providing effective Marketing Solutions to support brand growth on platform & driving revenue for company, including:- Manage brand investment to maximize their performance on platform & ensure MS CIR inline with the sale- Manage stakeholders as other Marketing, Business Development, Brand & Agency team to deliver the best result for campaigns- Develop & lead implementation of Joint Business Planning with data driven for key brands to ensure they hit their targets for the year- Plan, manage the marketing campaigns and track performance in terms of sales achievement and projected %CIR (Cost to Income Ratio) to get recommendations and best practices.

Incubation - Brand Management - Key Account Management- Approach new mall sellers, and establish strong relationships with Brand/Sellers to convince them to grow on Shopee marketplace- Provide e-business solutions to maximize revenue on Shopee Mall- Negotiate with sellers for the best deals to feature in Flash Sale, Category campaigns, Mega campaigns.- Keep track of seller performance in terms of daily order, daily GMV to reach the internal target- Support sellers if any operation issue happens- Project owner of Operation Support - Brand ManagementTeam
