Projects: VNP2G/3G Expansion 2011, 2012, VNP3G Emergency Expansion 2014, VNP3G RAN Re-farming & Expansion 2015, VMS Mobifone Ha Noi swap out, VNPT LTE Phase 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 (estimated value: 500MUSD)• Work as pre-sale CFR (Contract Fulfilment Responsible) for services costing, pricing, negotiation, planning for contracts with VNPT and other customers• Highest responsibility to ensure for success of project• Involved to project from pre-sale phase, prepared for services costing calculation, services description, role & responsibility, WBS, risks, and human resources planning.• Project management planning and execution• Manage Project Managers, Team Leaders, Sub-Contractors, Project Staffs (>100 members)• Responsible for project cost, time, quality, and scope of work• Monthly report for project performance to Steering Group (CEO, CFO, Head of Operation and KAM)• Processes improvement and contribution to organization development
