Accounts Payable: Manage and validate Purchase Request, ensure documents’ accuracy and compliance with current law, ensure timely payments to vendors and maintain accurate payment records;Accounts Receivable: Reconcile daily revenue and cash collection, issue VAT invoices for sales, tracking inventory of assets and ingredients;Treasury: Perform weekly payment process and make banking transactions; manage company’sbank accounts, prepare cash-flow forecast and cash planning, manage and tracking company's loan.

Provide accounting and finance related guidance and supports for collection, product, price and promotion, contract management to sales and services team; Issue VAT invoices for collection from customer;Perform daily and monthly collection and collection fee reports reconciliation from collection partners and bank statements; prepare and record journal entries for accounts receivable, creating and tracking deferred revenue schedules, ensure the balance of ledger accounts at the end of month, perform accounts reconciliation and investigate discrepancies;Perform Treasury related tasks such as arrange and allocate funds, prepare cash planning, manage loan agreement, manage bank accounts, work with banks and collection partners.

Perform Australian standard accounting tasks including data conversion, reconciliation, preparation of financial statements, and tax returns for individuals and different types of entities in Australia, using professional accounting softwares such as Handiledger, Handitax, MYOB and Xero.
