• Individualized coaching to support BIPOC, queer, and trans folx in leadership around a wide range of experiences including, but not limited to: navigating dynamics and constraints of white supremacy and oppression across relationships, systems, and power structures; assessing ethics/values and alignment with decision-making; leveraging personal and community strengths/power to transform the day-to-day work; moving towards liberatory and transformative relationship to the work; and making space for and stepping into your deeper and fuller self• Organizational Start-up & Strategic Development (Individualized consultation and facilitation to nonprofit, community-based organizations, and institutions focused on the following topics, including but not limited to): culture/impact assessments; practice and embodiment of racial equity and social justice; mission/vision development, organizational/staffing culture and relationships; strategic planning (organizational and/or program-level); program planning, design, implementation, and evaluation; funding development and grant-writing strategies; and community and stakeholder engagement.• Advancing Justice & Equity (Workshops, trainings, and consultation/coaching focused on the following topics including, but not limited to): critical examination of identity, history, and power; developing anti-racist policies, processes, and programming; facilitating structural and organizational culture shift towards realized equity; advancing justice through restorative, reparative, and transformative practices; building community power and autonomy; and mobilizing towards intersectional and transformational liberation.
