Question Answering system for Virtual Assistant

+ Building the architecture of Speech Analytic system that provides information insight the audio data like mentioned entities, topic, keywords and emotions of the speaker.+ Contributing to the Automatic Transcription Solutions `Origin-STT' in text pre-processing and building a dynamic language model for the vast number of speech domains. This product honored in the highest award category in the information technology field at Vietnam Talent Awards 2019. + Post-processing Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR). Building model to re-format the result of ASR (that don’t have punctuation and all lower case character) for readable. The technique using here is chunk merging combine with Transformer model had been benefit for processing effective long sequence and take accurate result. This model is applied in Meeting Transcription System that deployed for Vietnam Congress Office , Vietnam Central Committee Office of the Communist Party, and many provinces office in Vietnam. + Chatbot Framework. The framework is base on Rasa, making it easy to create and train a chatbot. Developer can define actions for chatbot and end user can train chatbot to decide when action should be run by chatting to it. Framework is core and it can integrate with any chat text interface (facebook messenger, skype,..) or voice interface to interact with people.
