- Research customer's needs, market trends and current state of competitors, then propose ideas for company's product- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system functionalities in the short and long term- Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams, resource requirements and activities- Create system requirements specification (SRS) and wireframe design to describe logic and flow for all features & screens- Leading the activities of grooming and maintaining the product backlog- Work with designer & developer team to ensure features are implemented correctly, validate & eliminate risk for all use cases- Perform integration & system testing, and arrange bugs priority classification- Report to supervisor & line manager about the progress, results, risks and issues of development daily and weekly- Create user guide and demo product with customers & end-users- Review work result of team after sprint or phase, acknowledge the lessons learned for development improvement

- Working as a Business Analyst leader for a financial system, stocks trading platform.- Directly managing a Business Analyst team of 4 members and supporting Project Manager to keep track project progress following Agile.- Receiving and clairifying requirement of customers from Japan, Singapore & India.- Creating user requirement specification then providing customers with the optimal solutions which can meet their needs at a minimum cost.- Brainstorming and proposing technical logic to handle new functions in system.- Creating and reviewing business flow, mockup, prototype which is used for developer team to build new features.- Creating test cases to check quality of system after implementing new enhancements.- Executing integration test, system test, performance test & conformance test in UAT environment- Creating user guide and demo new features for clients and stakeholders.- Representing for development team to handle incidents on production and limit customer crises- Reporting to supervisor & line manager about the progress, result, risks, issues in the process of product development.
