We prioritize, plan and manage the product feature backlog to ensure the team has an adequate number of tasks to work on before initiating a sprint. Deliver well-documented business requirements to minimize the impact of product defects and impediments while keeping up-to-date with Agile/Scrum best practices, new trends and tools to guarantee high-quality standards during the development of the product.

As Business Analyst II I'm responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts and Junior Quality Assurance in analyzing business and technical processes to define and develop new and improved business information processing systems and performing quality testing on the systems. I'm also responsible for requirements gathering and overseeing the quality testing during pre-implementation and prior to releasing new software and features.

As an Platform Support Analyst I'm responsible for managing all platform's security privileges and access role creation. Frequent analysis on incidents and requests to understand problems tendency and develop/provide detailed reports for resolution by testing new or changed functionalities (performing QA) after every implementation. Provide application training to Internal and External Users, and write/maintains platform's manuals (as well as training materials) on a regular basis to keep documentation updated.
