About Nicholas Weddle

I am a multidisciplinary, people-driven leader with a strong background in aviation, the application of engineering principles and technology, and the management of complex systems as a pilot of tactical and civil aircraft. As an operations planner and manager, I have experience integrating up to a dozen functional teams across an organization of 260+ to provide comprehensive logistics support and force sustainment of larger entities in highly dynamic, resource-limited environments. I currently fulfill a personnel management role of 220+ across 10 departments, and am humbled every day by the opportunities my job presents to connect teams, and more importantly, to work for individuals.I am a communicator, bridge builder, and critical thinker. I excel at complex problem solving regardless of environment and have substantial experience forging solutions in time-critical as well as deliberate scenarios. I have a natural thirst for knowledge and a passion for applying engineering methods and emerging technologies. In my own time I enjoy researching, designing, building, testing, and employing electromechanical and optical systems. Above all, I love sharing my enthusiasm with others and bringing a human focus to everything I do.
