Improvised the method of cleaning lens such that a shorter time is now required for the operators to do the same job.Designed a jig for the joining of lenses to enable the operators to do so with greater accuracy.Designed a tool holder for the operators to locate it with ease, thus saving them the time to look for and space to place the tool.Developed skills in the operation of logistic software (SAP and Eigner).Drew a flow chart for new operators to pick up the steps with ease.
