• Manage, forecast and optimize internal liquidity pool to maintain daily financial system operation• Facilitate adoption of new payment system and design payment logics• Interact closely with Product, Engineers, Accounting and Finance teams to migrate and integrate new banking partners to our service• Implementation of new payment systems involves payment testing, fee calculation and troubleshoot with product and engineers.• Design and manage foreign currencies conversion module to minimize FX exposures• Monitor and troubleshoot system/payment errors, establishing manual procedures as urgent fix• Work with the accounting team to reconcile payments• Documentation for new procedures, workflows, payment logics and automations.

• Calculate NAV and commitment based fees for 600+ advisory service clients in a timely and accurate manner• Review investment portfolios and fund classifications, classify and audit hedge fund, private investments and marketable asset values on performance reports with investment teams for basis point based fee calculations.• Create monthly billing targets and revenue projections based on historical trends and accrued revenue.• Interact closely with Marketing, CRM, Legal and investment teams to ensure that calculations are compliant with contract terms• Implementation of the new ERP system involves program testing, client portfolio customization and troubleshoot with ERP vendor to find solutions on customized investment portfolios.• Work with IT department to maintain and make enhancements to database and internal interfaces.• Maintenance of client’s portfolio performance database for fee calculations and data analysis.• Work with audit team during interim and year-end audits of the financial statements.

• Confirming interest rates on foreign company investment vouchers, improved accuracy on international transactions. • Identify discrepancies between internal asset balance sheets and readjust accordingly, improved accuracy of reflected balance of an account. • Coordinate communications for implementation of new accounting systems in China, facilitate effective communications between Hong Kong and China branch. • Logged and rearranged internal asset invoices and balance sheets' up to date balance.
