- Analyze and process revenue, receivables, inventory, and other data to create monthly management reports.- Prepare sales reports for the manufactures and rebate reports for reagents, claim rebate amounts.- Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly revenue reports for the sales team and reports on company's placed instruments.- Prepare asset reports for the company, allocating revenue to each machine.

- Prepare and manage bank loan documentation, ensure timely repayment according to bank regulations and loan purposes- Handle banking transactions, including disbursements and debt monitoring.- Compile guarantee documents and letters of credit, verify the validity of payment requests, and process payment and foreign currency purchase orders.- Oversee the execution of loan orders, advance guarantees, payment guarantees, contract performance guarantees, and the opening of letters of credit (L/C).- Monitor the status of debt receipts and repayments, regularly track increases and decreases, assist to control and implement the cash flow plan.
