My role consisted in spearheading operations, enforcing regulatory compliance, developing marketing, sales, and business development strategies, and running all aspects of RTO management for international and domestic students. I led Central College with 1,400 international students on campus, Central College Corporate encompassing 100 corporate clients, Central College online including 1,000 domestic students, and My RPL, unit for recognition of prior learning. I drove stakeholder engagement as well as continuous improvement, assessed trainer performance, led team, and ensured great level of service delivery. I enforced compliance with ASQA, CRICOS, and NCVER standards, documented processes, identified government funding opportunities, administered funding, and finally I compiled monthly reports on performance, budget, and activity.My key accomplishments included:• Obtaining additional 5-year registration for each RTO thanks to successful completion of ASQA Vocational Education & Training audits and ASQA CRICOS audit. • Receiving $1.5 million in Smart & Skilled Government funding for AIWL division thanks to successful tendering.• Increasing student base from 250 to 1400 students, generating significant revenue growth for the business.• Generating 300% growth of international students for Central College.
