As a doctoral researcher in agriculture and molecular biology, I have a solid track record in my field, reflected in my Google Scholar citation count 181. I have been active in research for 6+ years, working in the BSL-P1 laboratory and contributing to 10+ publications and 5+ oral and poster presentations. I have received recognition for my work through the prestigious Monbukagakusho/MEXT Fellowship from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Technology, Japan, which I received in both 2017-2018, 2018-2020, and 2020-2023, and the National Agricultural Technology Program-Bangladesh Jute Research Institute (NATP-BJRI) Research Fellowship in 2011-2013. I am a member of the Japanese Society of Horticultural Science (JSHS) and have a strong wet-lab skill set, including expertise in yeast two-hybrid, PCR, RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, gene cloning, vector construction, plant transformation, phenotyping, protein modeling, etc. Additionally, I have proficiency in various software and technologies such as RStudio, GeneStudio, BioEdit ChimeraX, AlphaFold, MS Office, and more.
