Current• Triage customer inquiries which included maintaining a strong network of existing clients and engaging with potential customers nationally and regionally to reach the target sales goal.• Lead the onboarding of the Vietnam branch, which includes defining the operational procedures, recruiting and training new personnel, and establishing reward programs to motivate employees.• Develop growth strategy and coordinated closely with stakeholders such as Cathay Pacific, government authorities, cargo terminal operators to set up the operational, custom clearance procedures, and route development.• Conduct cost analysis and adapted service guidelines to meet local requirements.• Forecast future trends and create comprehensive strategies to capture their potential benefits.
