My primary focus was on developing the Authorized Store Owners program within the Tampa Metro Area. This entailed not only recruiting and training store owners but also providing them with comprehensive knowledge about all the products and services offered by Ameritel. I also took charge of identifying new locations for corporate stores, thereby expanding our presence.I held a dual role overseeing both the corporate stores and the Authorized Store Owners, setting monthly sales forecasts, and closely monitoring their weekly sales performance to identify areas for improvement. My direct reporting line was to the Director of Sales on a weekly basis, and I had the opportunity to meet with the VP of Sales monthly.My role came with challenging sales quotas, aiming for a 15% and 25% total market growth in the first and second years, respectively.
