- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop, execute and analyze results for social campaigns, including identification of KPIs and opportunities for optimization.- Analyze campaigns and make recommendations and plans for revising the social media strategy, and prepare monthly and quarterly reports to internal/external clients.- Integrate advanced quantitative analytics to define, deliver and implement data analysisprojects (data mining, clustering and predictive analytics).- Draw meaningful and actionable insights from data across a variety of social, digital and market platforms.- Assist in the growth and value proposition of the analytics practice.

- Distribute the Student Opinion Surveys (SOS) and gain feedback from students.- Present feedback at relevant meetings.- Feed information and actions back to students and SUBU.- Help with SUBU campaigns and events: Speak Week, Volunteering, SUBU Advice.

- Planning the content of fan-page;- Developing support network.
