CurrentStrength Training for Climbers HIIT Class* Program and coach HIIT classes designed to improve climbing performance* Utilize body weight and calisthenic movements, dumbell and kettlebell exercises and corrective exercises in class programming* Challenged to provide comprehensive programming while maintaining several exercise variations to address the varying fitness levels in classBarbells for Climbing Strength and Conditioning Class* Program and coach strength classes designed to use powerlifting and weight training movements, higher intensity/load, and more difficult exercises to improve climbing performance for advanced participants* Educate clients on lifting technique, progressive overload, law of specificity, periodization and proper warmup/movement prep for barbell lifting* Utilize Progressive overload, law of specificity, periodization principles in program design Group Mobility Clinics for Climbers* Utilize Functional Range Conditioning principles to program bi-weekly mobility clinics designed to improve climbing performance, improve bodily awareness, specifically train for joint health and prioritize injury mitigation* Educate participants on the benefits of mobility training, the difference between mobility training and flexibility training, how to go about end range and rotational strength training, the difference between passive and active range of motion
