About Nhandi Scott

I am a recent graduate from Loyola Marymount University. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Sciences and my Master of Science degree in Healthcare System’s Engineering. As a lifelong athlete with experience as a physical therapist aide and strength coach, I have encountered several different types of athletes, patients and people. I have learned that there is a great deal of overlap in the approach to therapeutic rehabilitation, coaching for strength and performance, training for general health/fitness and prioritizing preventative health. Having participated in team sports, and taking leadership positions on those teams, I am a problem solver and enjoy collaborating in groups. One of my favorite proverbs is “Ubuntu”, meaning “I am, because we are”. We are nothing without our team. After recovering from my own injury much stronger than I was before, I am passionate about health and fitness. I believe no challenge is unconquerable! I want to be a part of your team, and help you reach health, wellness and fitness related goals.
