Hi, I’m Andrew Bell and many people will also call me Drew. I was born and raised at the beach and have witnessed firsthand the growth that Jacksonville and the Beaches have experienced over the last 30+ years. I started off my real estate career in lending where I spent two years before I transitioned over to title insurance. The time as a mortgage professional helped me to really understand the loan process and better to educate my customer/client on their expectations and the process. During my five years with the title company I learned a lot about the closing process and how to prepare my customer/client for what to expect. My experience in both of these fields set me apart with the well rounded knowledge of the entire real estate process. Allow me to use this knowledge and understanding for your gain. Over the years I have been recognized for my achievements in the real estate community. A member of the Women's Council of Realtors I have earned awards from both the local and state chapter. In the local chapter I have been recognized twice as 'Strategic Partner of the Year', 'Entrepreneur of the Year' and 'Member of the Year'. The state chapter I have earned 'Rising Star' and 'Extra Effort'. I have also been recognized from my local realtor board (NEFAR) for several awards. Those awards are 'Business Partner of the Year' (twice), 'Newcomer of the Year' and 'Humanitarian of the Year'. I am also a Florida Realtors 'Honor Society' every year since earning my real estate license in 2010. I have also been an instructor traveling the country speaking on real estate topics of Technology, Realtor Safety, Identity Theft and Liability Reduction.
