Main responsibilities - Recruiting and training IELTS teachers; - Teachers scheduling;- Accurately identifying teachers who underperform, and supporting them through a Teaching development Plan in preparation for successful observation; observing teachers as necessary, including the outcome of Teaching Development Plans;- R&D;- Coordinating with marketing to promote sales by organizing demo lessons, testing services, ...- Providing cover as necessary.
