Participate in consulting, design, planning and deliver including but not limited to Microsoft's cloud projects for APAC market. Business requirements are usually related to Microsoft 365 deployment for production infrastructure, data and service migration, security, and compliance enhancement.Conduct Microsoft Security and Compliance solutions enablement sessions for APAC region internal technical teams.Act as Principal Engineer for technical support, consultation required by customer.Collaborate and Coordinate with APAC solutions sale teams and Microsoft's representatives for Service Offering at customer engagement phase. Ensure business requirements well covered and deliverable.

Act as Senior 3rd level support for Global Microsoft 365 services. Coordinate 2nd level engineers to ensure support service delivery always meet the requirements and agreement with internal subsidiaries located in EMEA, NA and APAC.Demonstrates knowledge of modern enterprise architectures, identity and authentication services; Security and Compliance topics as they pertain to cloud infrastructures in collaboration with global CISO and subsidiaries' security/compliance department.Exhibits strategic and technical experience focused on driving adoption of Microsoft cloud technologies, including Azure and Microsoft 365.
