Manage leading-edge IP projects utilizing FinFET technologies at 14nm, 10nm and 7nm from TSMC, Samsung and UMC.Manage customer's perception of company's project execution and customer's expectation to bridge the gap with internal engineering team. Regularly communicate with customers via emails and teleconference calls. Manage project scope, cost, schedule and resource requirements via Oracle's Agile to make sure all constraints are met.Interface with sales, marketing, finance, legal, engineering teams and upper management to drive project towards completion.Involving in the pre-sales area to predict future project execution difficulties and mitigate risks. Identify possible improvements to increase work efficiency.Participate in corporate social responsibility program to support local students and grow the work force.
