None of my programs have collisions in Catia or Vericut.My programs run smooth the 1st time. Typically no revision changes are needed. My Vericut autodiff typically have minimal excess and zero gouges, even at closed angles.I always use the shortest tool stickout possible.I double check all feeds and speeds and depth of cut. I can solve chattering issues very quickly.
