About Nick Hatch

I have been advising VC/PE secondaries deals since 2008 and recently launched my own firm to advise LPs, GPs, and shareholders of private companies seeking advice navigating the secondary market for liquidity solutions.I was former Global Head of secondaries at Probitas Partners and also founded secondary advisory platform at Harken Capital and Scalar Partners. I have personally closed over 40 unique transactions representing over $2 billion of transaction volume. I have experience closing direct secondaries, fund secondaries, fund portfolio transactions, GP spinouts, and GP restructurings.I am also an investor in a family office in Park City called Half Dome Ventures which makes direct investments in real estate and private equity.
