Manage case load of clients referred to disability employment services, assist in identifying and addressing client barriers and developing plans to address both vocational and non-vocational effects of unemployment, assisting them on their pathway to employment. - Set goals and locate appropriate health and training interventions to address client barriers to employment.- Effectively place clients into sustainable employment.- Cold and warm calling and reverse marketing clients to employers.- Develop business relationships and networks.

Manage cases related to workers compensation, professional negligence, medical negligence, insolvency, accident claims, employment disputes, breaches of Occupational Health and Safety and employment contracts. - Lead the internal and external debt recovery process including investigation, financial analysis and court proceedings through to conclusion of the matter.- Prepare briefs and complex correspondence for senior counsel on relevant cases.- Appear in the Local and District Court of NSW for directions hearings and notices of motions.- Draft employment contracts for employers based on Fair Work Australia requirements and Award conditions.

Communicate with clients on matters relating to employment law, commercial law and debt recovery.- Undertake research and analysis to locate and serve debtors. - Manage the organisation’s debt recovery function from inception through to the resolution of the matter.- Draft legal correspondence in relation to debt matters such as affidavits, subpoenas, writs, orders and petitions.- Liaise with external legislative bodies and officers to work within a multi-disciplinary team in debt recovery matters. - Assist in the settlement of negotiations and draft terms and agreements on employment law issues.
