- In charge of end-to-end recruitment process for Sales staffs (LookKool brand) and Back Office (Trainee, Junior level) included posting advertisements, screening, interviewing- Build up candidates data- Prepare, check and file staff personal document both in soft copy and hard copy follow as HR procedures;- Coordinate with Sales departments, update recruitment plans as roster;- Input personal information, C&B package to SAP, create position and staff code;- Prepare logistics for meetings, interviews, recruitment events;- Prepare equipment for new employees (email, laptop, employee card,...)- Working with different departments to solve problems related to human resources
