- Responsible for making first contacts with new clients via face-to-face pitching sessions to ensure campaign objectivese are well understood and communicated precisely to the operation team; - Lead in creating Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal to pitch to clients pre-Campaign that contains detailed timeline, budget, mission statement and other creative material that are individually tailored for each clients and campaigns; - Contribute in the creative creation of campaign's structure and main vision via collaborating with the creative department to ensure output is on-track with client's expected results yet retains a high level of creativity and uniqueness;- Coordinating operation effort between different departments to ensure a timely and on-point deliverables for clients according to the campaign's goals and timeline; - Produce post-campaign report contains: KPI report, financial report and other milestones reached using mainly English as the language; - Managing client - Le Bros relationship to guarantee customer satisfaction and insure for future collaboration opportunities. - Clients range from local corporations clients from many different industries with campaigns varying in scale and goals significantly, some of the highlights being : consumer goods clients such as Suntory PepsiCo, Coca Cola; to foreign development agency being GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit), USAID, WWF; and other local companies like Tokyo Life (retailer), Le Champ (hotel and tourism), EVNHanoi (national electricty provider), GIZ (non-profit NGO) and many others throughout diverse range of industries.
