• Be involved in quoting process for new projects• Mainly responsible for defining processes, manufacturing cost, investment and materials scrap calculation, …• Verify design: drawings, DFMEA, process flow chart, jig, tools,…• Validate processes: Manufacturing feasibility, Production validation plan, Launching processes, Participate in PPAP submission and documents• Build and management process follow on IATF 16949 standard• Serials Production follow up: Production problem solving, Standardization, Continous Improvement activities,…• Handling and manage process change in production• Take part in corrective actions arising from customer complaints• Participate in verifying new suppliers• Training for technicians and staffs regarding to products, processes

o Manage an important process and take responsible for the overall manufacturing.o Product plan adjustment and Lines product rotation.o Improvement production process and productivity to meet target requirement.o Responsible for developing evaluation process, test conditions, process mapping for new products.o Implementation trial run for transfer product and new product development.o Coordinate with production team to plan the production process.o Quickly investigation and taking action to resolve customer’s quality feedback and production issue.o Research and propose new ideas to improve production.o Calculation of incentive scheme to achieve better productivity in all direct and indirect areas of production activities.o Cost calculation for the operations of production and all consumption ensures optimal costs.o Evaluate and control the raw material’s quality.o High experience in building QC management flow, work standards system.o Inspect and closely monitor the production process, detect mistakes and propose improvement plans.o Make report such as: Investigate report, project improvement report, 8D report, ...o High experience in improving sampling method.o Well understand measurement & QC machines: CANDELA 6300/7100 (Optical Surface Analyzer), AOI (Automated optical inspection), Laser thickness, Roughness tool, etc…o Have experience in managing capacity of measurement machines. ***Award on HOYA Global***- Bronze Award: Project of Productivity up 50%
