- Responsible for transforming Global MSP & RPO solutions from commodity to advisory partners.- Architect of innovative MSP_2.0 service remodel... first applied to $900M banking client. This redesign segmented low value-add tasks and automation to lower skilled workforce, thus expanding budget toward more high-skilled consultants and specialists. New model accounted for over 30% savings and became company-wide standard for all new program designs.- Transformed multiple programs in Banking, Tech & Comm, and Transportation industries to new MSP_2.0 model. PRO Unlimited delivers a full range of services to manage issues related to the procurement, selection, engagement and tracking of contingent (non-employee) workers; i.e. independent contractors, 1099 workers, consultants, temps and freelancers. These services are powered by a comprehensive and robust proprietary web-based VMS software.- Responsible for the successful and timely implementation of domestic and international Managed Staffing Programs and SaaS run VMS technology. Programs involve complex configurations, HRIS and billing interfaces, and a self-serve style UI.- Lead multiple projects, end-to-end, through all phases of project lifecycle including kick-off and discovery, program and process design, configuration and testing, change management, deployment, and on-site post launch stabilization. - Designed a client-facing Project Workbook to house and display all project related collateral including RACI, Transition Timeline, RAID Log, Change Management Roadmap, and Scope Document. Embedded within Global Headquarters of the leading enterprise storage and cloud computing software corporation; this role lead the service delivery and strategic execution of National MSP, VOP, SOW staffing augmentation agreements through VMS and organic technology platforms. Responsible for both Manpower’s MSP/VOP team for global manufacturing operations, and the nationwide service delivery of Manpower staffing offices in US and Canada against EMC non-manufacturing national supplier agreement. Architect of streamlined support model of multiple Manpower business units servicing EMC. Results include cohesive delivery, designation of Manpower as “EMC – Critical Supplier” by EMC procurement, and over 150% spend increase. Lead multiple SOW projects supporting critical high-visibility needs, including delivery of 400+ technicians for return of manufacturing from China. Designed staffing plan, implemented project-specific timekeeping, invoicing, and reporting. Redesigned and automated data reporting specific to individual HR, Finance, and Procurement audiences’ requirements. Managed the documentation of client’s requisitioning tool, Fieldglass VMS order process, and credentialing / on-boarding processes. Hosted national program re-launch with critical support teams and distributed SOP manuals to ensure consistency in service delivery.

Volt Workforce Solutions is a Global provider of Staffing and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Solutions, with worldwide annual sales of over $2 Billion. Promoted from On-Site Recruiting Manager, to Branch Manager, to Major Account Manager. Sourced and responded to RFI/P/Q’s for Managed Staffing Provider (MSP) projects involving the end-to-end responsibility of proposal processes to implementation/hand off for servicing. Completed projects through the development of project/engagement plans, and extensive communication with customers/end users, internal corporate resources, and Volt senior leadership to ensure customer business needs and deliverables were met. Partnered with Volt sister-divisions (RPO, Technical, VMS providers) to increase Volt footprint and collaboration in pricing, presentation, planning, and execution. ASC executes an annual budget of over $19 Billion, about 20% of overall Air Force budget, and $2 Billion in foreign military sales. With a workforce of 22,000 people, it is the 5th largest employer in Ohio and the largest employer at a single location.Promoted from HR Workforce Retention Manager. Was directly responsible for the completion of workforce utilization/reutilization projects and analysis related to staff imbalances (overages/shortfalls) as a result of voluntary and mandatory career movement. Utilized Oracle based enterprise-wide HRIS in extracting and analyzing complex data (spreadsheets of over 4000 lines) to measure performance of short and long term forecasting models.
