Working as a research assistant at GIDS (gender identity development service), based in the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust. My duties included the day to day managing of a collaborative research project with UCLH. Activities included corresponding with clinicians and their clients; working with a large excel dataset; statistical input and analysis (through SPSS); NHS CareNotes system (electronic patient files); Writing up of reports (through CareNotes); literature reviews; attending clinical discussion groups where complex cases were discussed. Attending EPATH 2017 in Belgrade, Serbia as part of my CPD.
