At Koidra, I’m responsible for the product development of the horticulture industry. DataPilot (data platform) and Kopilot (autonomous greenhouse control) are the two products that I work on.In product development, I build, improve product features to enhance user retention and reduce the deployment time. From the brief requirements of the PM lead, customer requests, I clarify the requirements and organize into key results (set of product features). Some features that I built, improved:- Role-based access control.- Analytic dashboard.- Low-code programming.- Climate computer integration.- Drive the autonomous greenhouse control with targets and constraints.In KoPilot deployment, I define and maintain the deployment process, I also serve as an internal PM to clarify requirements, define timelines and organize trials. Our team deployed KoPilot for 3 customers growing eggplant, cucumbers and tomato. The successful trials led to 28.5% yield increase for eggplant, 19.6% for cucumber, and enabled customers to leverage new types of sensors for greenhouse control.

- Maintain, develop a Django application to store sensor data from IoT devices and provide REST APIs. Optimize the time getting data by caching, reducing the number of queries to database.- Deploy, maintain, optimize an autonomous greenhouse control system for 3 customers growing eggplant, cucumber and tomato.- Monitor climate conditions, troubleshoot issues, report the performance of greenhouses in yield, energy efficiency.

- Build data pipelines, implement dashboards with Palantir Foundry to monitor plant performance based on weight reduction index, the amount of scraps.- Build a recommendation pipeline with Palantir Foundry, Sklearn, Keras, implement a dashboard to visualize optimal recipes for automotive interior products.

At SES (Sciences Économiques et Sociales) department, researchers study the social and economic transformations of digital technology.My duties is to collaborate with the research team to build a scraper for collecting data on e-commerce platforms, which are used to study firms's strategies. The scraper helps automate the collection process, hence saves hundred of working hours.

- Collaborate in a Scrum team, study requirements from a product owner, stakeholders and develop the applications to automate the mortgage loan process.- Maintain and extend an existing web framework (based on Java Server Faces) which manipulates elements on the interface with the rules defined in the backend.- Develop a REST API to calculate interest rate with pre-defined rules in excel.
