Recruitment:- Receive recruitment orders & make job description base on their request.- Research information about that job such as: company size, scope of work, client culture & policies.- Find the potential candidate from network, Linked in, Careerbuilder, ...- Screen CV and make the phone interview & face-to-face meeting to evaluate whether that candidate is suitable for the customer request or not.- Send formatted CV to clients and arrange interview- Support candidate to negotiate the salary and follow within 2 months probation- Consult suitable position for candidate & keep in good relationship with candidate for their referralBD:- Approach potential clients through Linked In and network- Consult with clients about their offering if it is not suitable for the labor market
