I have worked in the customer service industry for over 7 years. My mom have owned nail salons my whole life so I have been exposed to the customer service/ hospitality industry at a young age. Also, I have managed restaurants/bars for about 3 years so I have experience in building personal and professional hospitality team of about 14 employees. I ensured staff were well-trained through routine performance evaluations and development. Led bartender and barback recruitment by hiring and terminating when needed. I oversaw all operations of the business, to include management of inventory control.
