Deeply understand consumer and market insight- Trade visit to listen customer responses, observe visibility- Do consumer research: Focus group, Brand health check, LAB test,... to identify consumer behaviour2. Build marketing annual plan, innovation projects - Build Annual plan: set MKT objective and strategy for next year- Coordinate with R&D team in innovation products and Sales, Logistic, Trade, Finance, etc to launch products.3. Follow and evaluate brand performance to execute approriate solutions to increase brand equity- Brand sales: analyse sellout, sellin, stock & report weekly- Brand Share, Brand health: keep track of fluctuations base on report of CMI- Brand profit: responsible for brand P&L4.
