As a Founder of this FinTech payments start-up, my role entailed running the Sales and Operations, securing strategic partnerships, JVs and other appropriate routes to market to enable the rapid growth for the business and bringing in new customers - providing them with new and innovative methods of mobile and web payments. We focus on Parking payments via SMS, SmartPhone App and online, along with e-permits, ANPR, mobile solutions, consultancy and advice. I led the operation to create, develop and design the Cashless Parking arm to the Business. Starting from scratch, from business plan to launch, to bringing on board all our customers, I guided this business through the development phase, to see a strong growth in a highly competitive market.With my background in Sales, Marketing and Operations, I have been the key man in realising the value in our business, maintaining the operations and bringing more customers on board.
