I am concurrently assuming the role of Account Executive at both Advertising Vietnam & Adjob.[Advertising Vietnam] - 70% SOWAdvertising Vietnam is the leading ecosystem of advertising industry in Vietnam, including news & insights, jobs, and communities.- Build and maintain client's relationship: Was in charge of retainer contracts with top leading companies in both global & local market- Consulted media solutions & proposed execution plan in Social/Community/Website channels- Liaised with client to understand client’s demand & feedback - Coordinate key information flow between multi-functional internal teams to achieve the client’s media objective- Supervise the internal team to ensure the projects/tasks are going well- Collaborate with the internal team to produce creative assets- Implement administrative tasks: develop quotation & timeline, prepare paperwork (contracting, accounting...) and do campaign reports[Adjob] - 30% SOWAdjob, is an exclusive job portal for Advertising and Communication industry in Viet Nam, empowered by ADVN- Manage recruitment booking from client (agency and brand) on website adjob.asia, Facebook and LinkedIn.- Support clients to publish recruitment posts by admin system and consult potential solutions to attract applications based on website data.- Manage and create content to promote AdJob's media channels.

- Work on the detailed copy execution under guidance, following the social outreach plan (La Roche Posay, BTS Coffee,...)- Brainstorm & develop creative ideas and concepts in partnership with the creative team- Report implementation of assigned promotion activities.

- Monitor & administer activities of 22 classes in faculty.- Plan, and organize programs for students in University of Economics and Law and others, attracting 100 to nearly 1000 participants.

- Explore ideas and create content for the Facebook fanpage 'FBA Presents'.- Negotiate and collaborate with communication ambassadors (Mr. Soi An Chay, Ms. Happy Hidary,...)- Master of Ceremonies for FBA events: Graduation Ceremony, Freshman Meet and Greet.
