Being the customer service contact of one of the most premium and prestigious shade product brands in the world, Hanna strived for promptness, accuracy, and diplomacy in handling customer enquiries.Thanks to the constant feedback and excellent example from her direct manager, Hanna learned to speak the way customers feel taken care of (and still continue to hone this skill!). She is confident in her ability to offer service support to customers accross Singapore, Hongkong, China, Australia, Indonesia, South Korea, Japan, and Vietnam.With a strong merchandising background, she excelled in pre-sales, orders, shipments and after-sales care and worked collaboratively with both the Vietnam and the U.S. team to fulfil customers' needs.

Hanna was resonsible for the sales activities of small home appliances of OEM market in SEA and India. She contributed to business development for Vietnam market by re-connecting with forgotten prospects and approaching emerging SMEs. She spent weeks in India to do market research and reaching out to all the electronics brands across this country. She gained the interests from two leading customers in Indonesia and South Korea which opened discussions for USD 2 million worth deals.Aside from business development, Hanna handles all merchandising tasks of her sales orders.
