As Partnership Manager, I serve as the two-way information conduit between the company and our outside independent sales channel, responsible for the direction and administration of our reseller program and just generally nurturing this important channel to help maximize its contribution to AccessData Group Summation software sales.I am also heavily involved in marketing activities, including planning and writing.

As Court Reporter Liaison, I provide product information and technical assistance, as well as continuing education seminars on marketing and technology, to help reporters better serve their AccessData Group Summation software clients. I sit on several committees of the National Court Reporters Association and am a Contributing Editor to the Journal of Court Reporting. In addition, I served for 8 years as a member of the State of Illinois Dept. of Professional Regulation Certified Shorthand Reporters Board, appointed by the Governor to oversee licensing issues.
