Providing breakdown and maintenance support to all aspects of production and the site. Continuous improvement of equipment to minimize downtime and reduce waste. Assisted in commissioning of a fully automated production line including multi level oven, cooler, freezers (ammonia and glycol), automated reject system with high speed camera monitoring, robot packer and pallet wrapper. Experienced on maintaining and servicing rack ovens, horizontal bagger/sealer, and bun slicer. Fabrication and general welding (mig, tig, arc)

Experience in vertical and horizontal form fill and seal baggers - TNA Robags, Bosch, Rovema, Bartel. Jar/bottle filling and capping. High speed weighheads and checkweighers - Yamato and IshidaExperience in cartoners - Adco, Kliklok, Solari, Riverwood, JonesExperience in bowl fillers, sealers and can seamersExperience in cappers (pneumatic/mechanical)Experience in tea bag machinery - C2000, ConstantaPerform routine maintenance on various food packaging machinary. Complete maintenance work orders/preventative maintenance tasks. Diagnose and repair breakdowns. Fabricate custom parts (turning, milling, welding etc.). General welding; arc,mig, tig stainless and mild steel. Comply to GMP/HACCP guidelines and regulations. Comply with OHS and workshop saftey procedures.Represent maintenance team in production shift changeover meetings. Perform leading hand duties when necessary. Liaise with contractors or suppliers.
