- Plan and implement human resource strategies in line with the business strategy in each stage of the company's development. - Manage and evaluate human resources from which to develop training plans and human resource development orientations. - In charge of advising the Board of Directors to make decisions on personnel. - Develop salary and bonus regulations, processes, regulations, and welfare regimes for company personnel. - Support in human resource management and act as a bridge between the Board of Directors and personnel in the company.
