*Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle of talent sourcing, identification, interview preparation and closing for Head office G high-level positions (from Assistant to Senior Manager). In charge of on boarding program to ensure positive new members’ experiences.- Improve recruitment quality to meet short and long-term resources needs. Create strong talent pipelines for company’s current and future hiring needs.- Accountable for key reports/metrics related to manpower, attrition, budget and identify areas of improvement.- Execute employment branding initiatives on social media channels (FB: Marico SEA Careers,…)*Organization Development- Execute culture building (new EVP launch, new GOWIN values launch) and employee engagement activities (Women day, Vietnam Best Place To Work award celebration, Annual Communication).- Update monthly Organization chart for company & departments.*Performance Management- Work in liaison with key stakeholders & HRBPs to plan, communicate and implement Performance Management process (for level Executive to Assistant Manager) from goal setting, end of year evaluations.*Training & HRIS- Implement learning activities following L&D’s strategies (Orientation, IT4U, POSH, Leadership virtual training).- Initiative to maximize the E-learning resource (BLINK) of the company.- Develop and organize effective new hire induction (Virtual program).- Monitor post-training follow up and coach the key stakeholders on the follow-up tools usage to ensure ongoing feedback and improvement in place => Evaluate training effectiveness.- Manage HRIS for in-out members' progress, mapping reporting line & update promotion lists.
