Be responsible for:- Project & Product Department- Operations Department- Development Department

Be in charge of all projects & systems development belong to Collections Division

- Manage eco system for Field Collectors national wide- Handle FE Mobile Application for functions belong to Operations Division

- Apply, extend and improve VYMO application for Field Collectors- Change request managements for collections calling lists - F1 Collections- Ad-hoc campaigns/program to get quick win solutions Collections

- Processes composing under the needs of departments under Operations Division & Collections Center;- Processes mapping and managing following BPMN standard for all processes under all divisions FE CREDIT;- Being core member and coordinate tasks for process team in Process Automation Project;- Other tasks assigned by Dept Head/Division Director to improve performance of Operations Divisions & Collections Center

Look for new customers using MSB credit services (lending, LCs, guarantee) and help them fill full documents according to State Bank and MSB regulation.Daily make phone call, discuss and set up meeting with customers from client portfolio assigned by prospecting clients departmentActively searching and developing client portfolio from own networks, relationships…Support current customers for their demands.

Speed up card business.Run Mastercard's Marketing projects.Doing partnershipWrite process, ruling recording to card center operation.

Run 2 projects about Market Research and Retail.Retail: Find informations of Food and Beverage, Luxury and Supermarket companies and then find suitable candidates in these industries to build data base for company.Research: Get knowledge of new branches in Vietnam, find 15 big brand names companies in Viet Nam.

Input candidadate’s information into database then export to customer by the requirements from consultants.
