Main responsibilities:Implement ebanking product for bank (Agribank) - Get the requirement from business user and analysis with GAP from customer.- Present the product to customer and workshop for business process flow(BPD) and detail functional specification (FSD).- Support project team for clear requirement and matching system, give advance to make decision for solving remain issue and new features following by user requirement.- Write BPD, update FSD base on product document.- Assistance and consultancy with vendor to understand the knowledge of the requirement.- Support PM for summary report in BA job.Recognition and Gains:- Key member of BA team: analysis the requirement and give the advice for business and development team to solve issue, having the overall view for functional of system to reduce misunderstand of requirement.- Take part in the business of trade finance, investment, bill payment, liquidity, corporation, forex trading, ...- Connector with Vietnamese customer and product team at Indonesia.

Main responsibilities:- Get the requirement from business user and analysis, give the advice for business user, finalize BRD and scope of change requirement (CR).- Support project team for clear requirement and matching system, give advance to make decision for solving remain issue and new features following by user requirement.- Give the estimate time for high level scope and make plan for SA team.- Write SRS for Development Team (in necessary)- Review SRS of SA team- Assist to test team or dev team understand the knowledge of the requirement.- Control and manage the plan of SA team for launching tool or (CR).- Summary the report for SA team.- Support DEV team and QA team in developing phase- Solving and make decision the urgent issue for support Operation team in flow resolve on LIVE system.Recognition and Gains:- Key member of SA team: analysis the requirement and give the advice for business and development team to solve issue, having the overall view for functional of system to reduce misunderstand of requirement.- Take part in the project "Payment Hub" that include the service: Payment service, Collection & payment system, give the AS-IS for the vendor to make change for TO BE- Consultant for WASI project (card business) in functional of Front Office system- Join in analysis for many business in front office system such as: batch process, collection & payment for vendor, reconcile after accounting, customer communication, remind tool for collect debit, cashback tool, collect fee for credit and debit card.- Study and researching for take care of Loyalty system and Promotion System.- Analysis requirement for changing on CRM system (Lead management, Campaign Management, Call list for call center, Investigate)- Understand logical working between the systems in bank working together (eg: FO, core bank, core card, workflow, CRM, ESB, DWH,..)
