• Financial Strategy• New initiatives implementation• Business review and recommendations• Strategic analysis and support decision marking

• Preparing financial analyst to present to foreign investors• Preparing investor news monthly, quarterly and yearly. • Help leadership to follow the trends of industry by preparing performance comparison of top five listed pharmaceutical companies in Vietnam.• Writing annual report, substainability report for public declaration• Attending investors conference, preparing documents and presentation for the Chairman.

• Making and giving proposal for annual operating plan for all business stream, this proposal is adjusted and approved by country leader and regional leader• Consolidating and making daily, monthly and quarterly reports including booking and revenue forecast, operating results for business leaders• Support sale steam to process orders and follow payment sto make sure that goods will be produced as time scheduled to get revenue as plan• Following up with customers, sales and factory to make sure that goods will be arrived on time to comply with business plan• Working with overseas team for cross border projects, coordinate with them for prices, margin share, following up shipment, giving appropriate support.

• Checking contract terms, payment terms, prices, gross profit for salesman to process order in comply with company policy• Checking documents for all shipments including B/L, form D, P/L, Invoice to make sure that no error in all docs for customs clearance in Vietnam• Negotiating payment term, contract term with customer to make sure that we can get win-win solution• Managing market coverage system for both office: HCM and HN to follow up projects, price, gross profit for country leader and regional team to review every week• Managing customer database to track performance for rebate scheme• Managing all dealers of HCM in terms of dealer agreement, placing order, shipment and rebate• Helping sales managers for sales meeting every week, review sales performance, make plan to win projects• Helping country leader to review customer performance for special prices offer• Consolidate sales performance for all offices to help country leader with right strategy to approach and improve country performance.
