Implement Switch! (Supporting Women IT Leadership in South East Asia) Project's activities in Viet Nam: Recruit participants (25 female or gender diverse network/cybersecurity/software engineers among the Internet and IT Industry in Viet Nam every year to participate in the Project), mentor/assist participants to create their own professional development plan during the sponsored time of Switch! Project, support participants to enroll and follow with the professional development plan (take learning courses, take professional certified examinations, attend or speak at conference, do research, etc), organize local activities/event of Switch! VN participants.

Worked as Deputy Manager of Internet resource Management Department with the main duty is to make local legal document on the management of Internet resource (.VN domain name, IP Address) locally in Viet Nam.Took the position as secretary of Viet Nam National IPv6 Taskforce with the main duty is to co-ordinate the annual activities, holding the meeting, the oversea trip, the industry visit on IPv6 promotion.

- To build the management system (including a database and a web interface system) to manage internet resources (domain name .VN, IP address) in Viet Nam.- To train the local teams (financial team, registration reception team) to use the system.- To support agency and customers to use the web-interface module of the system.
