- Responsible for the daily administration of HIMSISFO of 4 Regions of Bina Nusantara University; Kemanggisan, Alam Sutera, Bekasi, and Semarang are fulfilled and well managed.- Responsible for proposals, reports, and other documents for 13 work programs.- Responsible for the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with external parties.- Responsible for maintaining and neatly storing all organizational document archives for the last 10 years.

- Responsible for ensuring the availability of qualified and productive members.- Responsible for creating a conducive work environment for members in carrying out their duties and developing themselves.

- Responsible for developing the event's social media strategy.- Responsible for preparing and creating content for event social media.- Responsible for arranging posting schedules and posting content on event social media.- Responsible for building audience interaction on event social media.

- Responsible as the core event management board in planning, developing, monitoring, and controlling pre-event and main events which will be held onsite for Greater Jakarta and online for the Semarang Region.- Responsible for making proposals for the continuation of the event.- Responsible for distributing meeting notes to the committees and related parties.- Responsible for creating and sending application letters and agreements regarding the continuation of the event.- Responsible for making final reports for accountability, where the event was successfully held with the attendance of more than 150 participants from the Kemanggisan, Alam Sutera, Bekasi, and Semarang Regions.

- Responsible as the core event management board in planning, developing, monitoring, and controlling the event which will be held for 5 days online regarding Java programming and UI/UX design.- Responsible for making proposals for the continuation of the event.- Responsible for distributing meeting notes to the committees.- Responsible for making final reports for accountability, where the event was successfully held with the attendance of more than 100 participants from various high schools and universities in Indonesia.

- Responsible for leading a group of freshmen in their first-year orientation program.- Responsible for accompanying, guiding, and motivating a group of freshmen in facing the transition period by sharing knowledge and university experience.

- Responsible for leading a group of new students in their introduction to the first-year orientation program.- Responsible for providing guidance through important materials and information related to universities and lectures as part of First Year Program (FYP) activities.
