As a Project lead, I am responsible for the overall management and delivery of innovative solutions using the selected technology platform, through the latest agile approach. This role will coordinate with multiple, dispersed business sponsors, and work with the delivery team to ensure that the solution is delivered as per right business needs, with a strong focus on usability and users adoption. Takes responsibility to deliver the project requirements and ensure where SharePoint functionality can deliver additional value to business processes. Create and maintain life cycle project plans using DevOps methodology. My role included:• Initiate communication with customer to establish a rapport• Compose weekly status reports with business and Vendor partner and executive management• Responsible for escalation and ultimate resolution of all project related issues and/or risks• Coordinate and facilitate design and development meetings• Monitor staff time charged to projects to ensure budgets are not exceeded• Manage requirements meetings and testing sessions w/customer visiting our offices• Overall responsibility for application lifecycle development• Define and setup process for Vendor Management.• Tracking the activities effectively to meet commitment and schedules.• Executing the deliverables in highly quality manner ensuring customer satisfaction.• Primary liaison with the customer.• Participate in Business review, Management review and Collaborating closely with Vendors, Business Units and other key stake holders to develop requirements, manage engagement risks, propose appropriate mitigation and contingency plans, change management/controls, and release deployment execution and schedules.

My role was to manage the vendor partner team and make sure their 100% utilization. I am managing the SMEs of many vendors and their projects. I use to review the BRD,FSD and technical documents and discuss with business to understand if the Sharepoint is fit for the purpose. Utilizes business experience and skills to assess and advice on the practicability of alternatives by understanding technical limitations and operational realities .Supports the definition of plans and helps to justify (in business terms) projects to be deployed via the SharePoint platform Reviwing the project plan and regularly update with business on the progress .Co-operates with senior client and IT staff as required, providing support for strategy studies, global requirements specifications and feasibility studies. Plan for roll out and testing.Plan for change management and AM handover was one of he major part.Also helped in setting up the AM process for Unilever Sharepoint Team.
