Having had positions as Art Director, Branding Director, Consultant, and Marketing and Communications Strategist for various organizations and businesses over the span of 25+ years, I understand the utmost importance of communicating a successful visual brand identity.During my tenure at Green Ray LED I helped establish a global brand that went international within two years. Prior to Green Ray, I had the opportunity to design, develop and launch the identity and brand strategy of over 8 different product lines at ZAP, a leading electric automotive manufacturer. As Marketing and Communications Director for the Oxnard Chamber of Commerce, I managed multiple roles in staff/task administration, budgets, event coordinating, public relations and fundraising.I served as Commercial Art Instructor at the University of Guanajuato and hold a Bachelor of Graphic Design and Visual Arts from the University of Guanajuato, School of Design, Mexico, as well as a degree from the American Academy of Art in Chicago, Il.My goal is to set high standards of visual corporate communications, as well as develop brand identity strategies for tier 1 positioning within the markets that my clientele/employers require.Specialties: Corporate Branding, Identity Policies, Semiotics of Visual Communication for Commercial purposes, Visual Marketing Strategies, Art History and Graphic Theories for Consumer Reception.
