In my role as a claims handler I am responsible for dealing with Total Loss claims for Acorn insurance, this involves evaluating claims, assessing incident details, negotiating with clients for an agreed settlement. Whilst dealing with an assigned portfolio of cases, I also deal with inbound calls from customers and other insurance partners.

Customer service advisor to Natwest banking group customers, helping with every day banking needs of customers, facilitating transfers of funds, answering inbound calls, booking appointments, filing documents on behalf of customers, working towards KPIs of customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Working a fast-paced environment in the heart of Manchester city centre, serving a variety of drinks including freshly made cocktails. This job has allowed me to develop my customer service skills along with various other skills that comes with working behind a bar such as barista skills, stock management and setting up and closing down a bar in a short time.
